Superior Labs LLC shall not be held liable for any damages arising from:

• Improper or unauthorized use of products
• Misapplication or mishandling
• Storage failures or environmental exposure
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information on this website

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Superior Labs LLC makes no representations whatsoever regarding the safety, efficacy, purity adequacy for any specific use, or biological activity of any product sold on this website. Superior Labs LLC reserves the right to:

Orders may be canceled without notice if we suspect misuse, fraud, misrepresentation of intended use, or any violation of these terms. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We use third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

All orders ship from our Florida facility via UPS Ground to domestic United States addresses only. Tracking information will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of your order shipping.

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment
• All shipments use plain, unbranded packaging to protect product integrity and customer privacy
• Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more
• Superior Labs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

Due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened vials or products with broken or missing tamper seals.

Exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

• Product arrived damaged or compromised in transit
• Incorrect product was shipped due to our error
• Product fails to meet the purity specifications listed on its Certificate of Analysis

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Superior Labs LLC.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Mandatory Arbitration: Prior to initiating any litigation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs. This clause does not prevent Superior Labs LLC from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
